Verified Renter Easy living for a retired couple. Everything is taken care of here. Maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. Love the gym renovation. Makes exercising pleasant. Access to the community is great. We now have a puppy and we easily walk her to her Vet appointments. Life is easy!

The gym is great and Third and Valley has an amazing location in South Orange Village--oh yes--the residences are so friendly too! A great place to live.

The building is well kept, residents are quiet, le... The building is well kept, residents are quiet, lease management take the time to form genuine interactions with all residents. The parking garage I gives direct access to the building with a pass. Overall wonderful experience
