Verified Renter Everything has been wonderful since I moved here. The staff are friendly and helpful and they show good follow through on any requests. The gym is great and Third and Valley has an amazing location in South Orange Village--oh yes--the residences are so friendly too! A great place to live.

Living at Third and Valley was my first time livin... Living at Third and Valley was my first time living away from home. Everyone went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and supported throughout my time there. I really appreciated my time there and all the help I received.

The building is well kept, residents are quiet, le... The building is well kept, residents are quiet, lease management take the time to form genuine interactions with all residents. The parking garage I gives direct access to the building with a pass. Overall wonderful experience

Front desk staff is amazing and always super helpful The staff that works the leasing office and front desk are always so friendly and happy to help. David maintains a friendly environment and great friendships with all of the building residents. The welcoming community at third and valley can definitely be attributed to the hardworking and caring staff!

Front office staff and maintenance crew are awesom... Front office staff and maintenance crew are awesome. Always quick to respond to our requests and issues. The pool and garage parking are added bonuses. And let's not forget to mention the resident appreciation events each month. Love it!

The staff headed by David could not be more compet... The staff headed by David could not be more competent, pleasant and accommodating. I am retired and did not want to move to an apartment.
