Stunning building and indoor decor The building is absolutely beautiful. The apartments are very nice and well-maintained. I wish that the bedroom closets were bigger than they are. They are very small. Outside of that, the building, amenities and the apartments are amazing.

The Best Apartment Community Around! We are approaching our one year mark at Third & Valley and we couldn’t be happier. The community has been so warm and welcoming. Dave and Giuliana have gone above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. No matter what time of day, their doors are always open for a friendly hello or to answer a question. The gym and pool are very clean and well maintained. When it came time to resign our lease the answer was easy.

Great facilities and even better staff I lived at Third and Valley for a year, and was impressed by the beautiful apartments. However it was the welcoming staff that really made it a community. They went above and beyond for all their residence, especially the furry ones. I was very sad to depart this wonderful place!

Wonderful place to live! I have lived in Third & Valley almost since it was opened and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is perfect. David and his team in the management office can't be beat!

Love this place My Wife and is have loved here for over a year and couldn’t be happier to call this place home. Great staff, excellent t amenities, and easy to commute into the city. Also the apartments have great finishes and there an incredible Maintenance Team if anything breaks down. Highly recommend
