Verified Renter First of all, the neighborhood is great. You can eat very well, shop for quality stuff, and grab the midtown direct within a few blocks. The building is staffed by people who seem truly invested in the success of the whole community, which obviously adds a lot of positivity. Full size laundry in my apartment. Emails when I get a package. My apartment is clean and well-finished. And theres a pool, which Im sure will be awesome once the weather allows.
