We love living here After debating whether we wanted to move into the city, we just renewed our lease at 3rd and Valley. The maintenance staff is phenomenal - they fix your issue the next day, no questions asked. The leasing office staff is helpful and accommodating. We go to the free yoga classes every Monday night and use the gym all of the time. The pool and courtyard are great, and we use the BBQs a lot. After leaving the city very reluctantly, I'm happy to say that my husband and I LOVE living here! The building is beautiful and impeccably maintained, but what puts it over the top is the people. The concierge and all the staff are warm, friendly and go out of their way to help. The building also offers resident social events like "Hot Chocolate Thursdays," holiday and summer parties, free yoga classes and a book club. My wife and I have been living at Third & Valley for the past 6 months and love this place. After leaving NYC, we never thought we would find such a great building in a convenient location nestled within a welcoming and happening neighborhood. This is suburban living redefined. I have family that lives here, original staff is really pleasant. But, the replacement they had today "Raymond" attitude is not pleasant, alot of sarcasm as if he's irritated with his job. I left keys on the stairs outside and called to see if someone returned them and he was nasty. I'll wait until original staff members return.
Prices were increased by over 10% from the listed rents online.
