Verified Renter Everyone, including the residents, are friendly & helpful. The events for residents are wonderful & varied (Book Club! Yoga! Movie Night! Resident parties! etc.) The amenities are plentiful and I have no problem with the WiFi or cell phone use which is very important since at times I work from home.. I work in NYC so it's very convenient to public transportation and there are plenty of stores, restaurants, movies, concerts close by.
Verified Renter Third and Valley is a wonderful place to live. Access to many restaurants, activities and commute into the NYC is very easy. The staff here makes this neighborhood. I would highly recommend living here

We love living here After debating whether we wanted to move into the city, we just renewed our lease at 3rd and Valley. The maintenance staff is phenomenal - they fix your issue the next day, no questions asked. The leasing office staff is helpful and accommodating. We go to the free yoga classes every Monday night and use the gym all of the time. The pool and courtyard are great, and we use the BBQs a lot. Gorgeous building and the staff is great too My wife and I have been living at Third & Valley for the past 6 months and love this place. After leaving NYC, we never thought we would find such a great building in a convenient location nestled within a welcoming and happening neighborhood. This is suburban living redefined.
