Verified Renter Everyone, residents as well as staff, are very friendly and the common areas are beautiful, big and clean. This really encourages a sense of community in the building. The location of the building is near everything: restaurants, movie theatres, performing art venues, mass transportation, farmers markets, etc. What's not to love!
