Verified Renter I have never experienced a smoother move-in experience. Everyone is so nice. I feel like I'm a guest in my own building, not just a tenant. It's only been 2 days and I feel all of my needs have been met or exceeded.

Verified Renter I love living here at Third and Valley. The neighbourhood is wonderful and quiet, with so many amenities either within the building complex or immediately surrounding it. The residents are nice and considerate and the staff are all wonderful, especially Mo'.

Verified Renter Easy living for a retired couple. Everything is taken care of here. Maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. Love the gym renovation. Makes exercising pleasant. Access to the community is great. We now have a puppy and we easily walk her to her Vet appointments. Life is easy!
