Verified Renter I like it here, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Then environment is definitely calm and welcoming. Any questions or needed assistance they never hesitate to help. Love the free coffee every morning as well.. they do pay attention to details which is always great.

Verified Renter I'm new here. Staff is amazing!!! So far, so good. The community perks for living here are worth it. There's a gym. People pick up your garbage right outside of your apartment door.

Verified Renter I live where I live! The amenities (fitness center, pool, lounge and Clubroom are great places to chill or host a gathering. I don’t have a pooch but I hear from neighbors having a dog wash facility is convenient. I work in NY do commuting on the train is a hop, skip and jump.

Great Start - Just moving in Today we moved into the Third & Valley building. No hassles, no problems, just courteous and friendly people there. Juliet has been terrific in helping us get started. Very genuine, and thoughtful. I am looking forward to knowing the building better.
