Best Building All Around Love this place. It’s got great amenities and located perfectly by the train station. Everyone that works in the building are also extremely nice and helpful. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever rented, and I don’t think anything will ever top this place.

Amazing Building! My husband and I have lived and Third & Valley a little over a year, and just resigned our lease. We absolutely love it here! The proximity to the train can't be beat (we both commute so that's what drew us to the building originally). The building is kept so clean and the gym, pool, parking garage, trash service are all amazing. Most importantly, we can't say enough nice things about the staff - they are true all-stars. We'll be looking to buy a house eventually and I know we'll be sad to leave!

great building I have lived here coming up on 2 years. I have really enjoyed this experience. The train is very close, you walk outside and 4 minutes apartment to train. Also, something I was worried about was the noise from the train, you can’t even hear it, I couldn’t believe it but it’s true! The courtyard and grills are wonderful, I can go grill anytime I want. There are lots of events w/ free food and drinks and is a great way to meet others in the building.

My favorite place I've ever lived! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Third & Valley. The application for my new cozy home was made seamless by the staff and particularly the rockstar property manager, David Andino - who is beloved by all residents here! The amenities are top notch, particularly the free Starbucks machine in the lobby and their state-of-the-art gym. So thankful to live and thrive here!

A community! We moved our 27 year-old daughter into this building about a year ago. It has been a wonderful experience. We love the friendly and helpful staff, the impeccably, clean common spaces, the amenities and services. Everyone is extremely communicative and it generally has a warm and casual vibe.
