Verified Renter Living in Third and Valley is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful and never a day passes when I don't have a friendly greeting from staff and residents. The facility is so clean--feels like walking into a luxury hotel. The fitness equipment is well maintained ---I am very happy here so close to shopping and restaurants, the train station and arts and entertainment. Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 6 years now. I share a roomy 2 bd with my 9 year old. The building is well maintained and kept clean. They have a wonderful signature scent that always reminds me of when I first visited the building. The amenities are on point (fitness, pool, Clubroom).
