Verified Renter I love living at Third and Valley. The management (David, Juliette and Tameeka) are wonderful and helpful. The maintenance staff keep the place in tip top condition. My family says it feels like they are visiting me in a nice hotel. Most importantly I feel a safe sense of community. Happy with Third and Valley as my choice.

Verified Renter Living at 3rd & Valley has been a wonderful experience. Our building is kept clean and always smells wonderful! The staff is helpful and kind. Repairs are made in a timely fashion. The fitness center has all the equipment necessary to get a great workout and is never crowded. Apartments are spacious with high ceilings. Everything you would need is in walking distance. Verified Renter I like it here, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Then environment is definitely calm and welcoming. Any questions or needed assistance they never hesitate to help. Love the free coffee every morning as well.. they do pay attention to details which is always great.
