Third and Valley Lifer The Third and Valley Community is a dream. I’ve lived here since the cement dried and I ha e zero plans or reason to leave. The management staff is unmatched. They’re all very attentive and always doing cool things to allow the community to engage. The maintenance staff is very efficient and knows how to resolve any concern you may have. I feel Very safe and welcomed here. I couldn’t Ask for a better place to live. Thank you Third and Valley for being awesome.

Third & Valley is the best apartment building around! Third & Valley is a special community with amazing staff, amenities, and events! The building feels brand new, modern, and stylish. Access to the building is through an app, which makes it easy for guests/deliveries, and adds to the high-tech “fancy hotel” experience of living here.
