Great Place in a small town I enjoyed my time at Third and Valley. Very easy to travel to NYC. The parking garage is connected to the building for easy access to my car, and the Staff are always helpful and very friendly.

Verified Renter Living in Third and Valley is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful and never a day passes when I don't have a friendly greeting from staff and residents. The facility is so clean--feels like walking into a luxury hotel. The fitness equipment is well maintained ---I am very happy here so close to shopping and restaurants, the train station and arts and entertainment. Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 6 years now. I share a roomy 2 bd with my 9 year old. The building is well maintained and kept clean. They have a wonderful signature scent that always reminds me of when I first visited the building. The amenities are on point (fitness, pool, Clubroom).
