I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ! The staff is incredible room was phenomenal !!!
This hotel needs to completely start over starting with management and a new staff. The beds are really old and uncomfortable. You almost go to the floor when you lay on them. I ask for another room because of the bed situation after a sleepless night and they acted like they were doing me a favor. And they never apologized for the trouble we had. Great location... Of course you hear planes... Lol funny, I didn't think of that... Lol.. Nice clean room, comfy bed!!! Room service was ok. Food wasn't prepared the way I thought and service was super fast but seemed very rushed and cold in attitude. When I took time to try to leave an extra tip, it almost seemed as if he was irritated with me, for it. Front desk was nice! .. I would say 4 1/2 stars
Friendliest staff and the restaurant it's amazing
You will need to search hard for Westin standards here. It's ok for a layover as the proximity to LAX is prolly the only reason to go here. Everything is kinda dated, plus the staff acted robotic rather than being personal.
Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport, amazing bed! Good value and lovely staff - would stay there again
