This is a great hotel....loved it here. One more day then back to chicago. I gotta admit that L.A is nothing compared to chicago, New York, or Nashville Tennessee.
Dirty rooms and overall outdated hotel. Less than satisfactory customer service. Stay at the Hilton LAX instead!
Totally disappointed in much need of a renovation on the rooms, the lobby is beautiful and deceiving. Ive never seen a hotel where you have to pay for parking, the pool is outside and small and the Jacuzzi is AWFUL never again!
