Nice hotel. Friendly staff. 3rd story pool. The best part is by far the people you meet. Had a blast with strangers the whole time.
I love to stay here! It's nice to stay where you are treated well and can be centrally located to everything you need and get to wherever you want within a short or even long car ride.
Poor, Poor, Poor. Never coming back, no not never
I will NEVER stay here again! Horrible customer service. 18.00 for chicken fingers, no hot water during the day, the cable was out 3 days, had to get room keys recharged twice a day and had to wait in line 10 minutes each time to do it.
The front-desk is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The front-desk manager Jessica is even try to hide the name of her staff Sharon (who let people that has no membership cut the long line ),in case I complain to the group. What manager is that?
