The staff & the rooms are the best/ penthouse suite
Got a nice room on the 12th executive level.
Although I have referred some people here in the past, I retract that suggestion. DO NOT use the Westin for their airport parking. I parked here for 12 days for my work trip to NYC, picked my car up when I got back to find the whole left back bumper scratched and to now find out they are refusing to take responsibility for it! Better yet, I sent an email to the GM and got NO response! HORRIBLE way to treat a customer, especially someone who is SPG Gold!
