Waited for over an hour for our shuttle with a 14 month old baby. Called 3 times and were told they should be there every 20 minutes. Then we were told that we could always take a super shuttle. Very rude and non compliant.
This is by far the worst Westin property I've experienced and I'm surprised it's allowed to sport the Starwood name. Shuttle from LAX took nearly an hour. When we arrived late we tried to order room service and we're told half the entrees were not available. 35 minutes after ordering we were told it would be another 45 minutes so we cancelled. After reading all the reviews, it seem like the 2 protesters are always here! What on earth r they ranting I don't even understand, but waking guests up at 7am is definitely not a nice thing to do! Hubby called the reception, told him they already called the police but we waited to see & none showed up, I don't think the reception did anything! They r probably so used to these that they don't even bother anymore. I won't recommend to travellers who need their rest unless u r an early riser

I check in for a 3 night stay on 11/21 for 21st birthday and was so excited to stay here thinking it was such a nice hotel! We i made reservations no one advised me that there was a $50 deposit for every night stayed so that's a total of $150 so my card wasn't going threw because I only had 400 on it so was only allowed to stay for 2 days then when I trying to figure out why it was so high a girl name Shannon was so rude so I nicely asked for the manger! The loud protesters and when I called the operator and asked to speak to.the manager about the noise at 730am on 7/24/15 she told me to call the police and hung up in my face. Poor customer service....she needs to be fired!!!! I have been in the hospitality industry for over 12 years and I would never, ever do that to someone. She ruined my day, she took my attention off of the protesters. She refused to give me her name.
