Complete scam artists! DO NOT fall for this. We purchased a timeshare after being stuck in their office for FIVE HOURS in a presentation that was supposed to take one hour. After 6 months we quickly realized it was impossible to actually use the timeshare so we decided to sell it back (which they told us they would do). They have absolutely NO customer service. When trying to contact them, you get a messaging service that says they will relay the message and they will get back to you - I have been trying for over 6 weeks with NO reply. I am sick and tired of them

I will open a case with the Better Business Bureau for this company I had a horrible presentation experience and wasn't promised the gifts I was suppose to receive and reached out to someone and still nothing, I recently moved and explained I will accept complimentary to Orlando and no one responded, I will spread the word and would never consider this place again

Fell into this trap unfortunately. I was put up in hotel in Breckenridge with $40 a day parking which was a shocking extra expense. Then after listening to a presentation for 2.5 hours which was supported to take only 2 hours I was told they wouldn’t honor my $75 voucher. That I was told I could redeem after the presentation. This is an awful company and I am glad I didn’t do business with them!

I wish it was possible to leave negative stars! My girlfriend and I got treated with such disrespect that I know we will never visit any of their facilities even if we were paid to go. When I told them we weren't going to purchase one of their packages, they threw their pen at me to sign their paper saying I was declining their offer. Absolutely awful! Basically my review is EXACTLY the same as Jessica N. I attended the sales pitch and did not purchase. Chose the trip to Hawaii-dates were full. I was told I could get a refund AND still book a trip to Hawaii if I requested new dates. I called multiple times to leave a message to reschedule the trip and no one answers or calls back. I sat through the sales pitch with Welk Resorts where they attempt to sell you vacation ownership for "only" tens of thousands of dollars. If we sat through this sales pitch, we got a free 2 day trip to Hawaii or Cabo. I could not be more relieved that I did NOT purchase anything with Welk Resorts based on my experience with them during this process! Welk Resorts attempts to sell at ****** *******. If you appear as a couple, Welk representatives will attempt to "sell"/grab your attention. They do this in some of the most ridiculous ways. As I was walking by a rep stepped in front of my friend telling her that it was "mandatory" that she stop and talk to them. She stopped because she assumed they had a legitimate reason to say mandatory, thinking they represented the stadium. We spent almost 6 hours touring the timeshare at Northstar Lake Tahoe. The incentive to do that was 2 free tickets to Universal Studios, 2 night stay at a hotel and a flight. I told the "sales" people at the time that I was interested so I could take my son. Turns out the trip is only for people over 21 and this "free trip" actually will cost $220 out of pocket, which I was willing to pay and was also going to pay out of pocket for my son.
