Being a newly married couple presents it's challenges but living at Northbridge has relieved us of any burden in regards to our living situation. The staff is friendly, quick and reliable. The amenities and living space make the cost well worth it. And ultimately we are so thankful we found it!

The staff is really nice and helpful, maintenance will get orders done within a week, passages get delivered straight to your door, the community is safe and quiet, and so much more. Horrible Never live in these apartments! I gave them my 60-day lease termination notice and they accepted it along with a separate notice from the person I was living with. I then left the apartment a day early of the lease termination in order to move out of state and within that day my roommate decided to cancel the termination notice but I was not notified by Bella and I did not sign any forms saying I wanted to cancel the termination notice. Verified Renter As retired couple we have been here almost 4 years and enjoy it very much. Mix of young and old people and dogs. Very nice amenities and planned activities that keep most involved. Just a pleasant place to live.

Verified Renter Living at the Village - Upper East Side has been everything we could have asked for. The amenities and staff behind them are incredible, and put this complex above and beyond compare. Re-signing multiple leases was an easy decision.
Verified Renter I especially like all the greenery and the running path. It is really nice to have the gym as a perk for the residents, and various pools. The new facilities like bars, stores, club pool, etc will make living here even more appealing, especially for the younger residents, which is the majority. Verified Renter I was just looking for apartment. Instead I found a home and really close friends. I do not think another community in Dallas does those two things better than the Village - Upper East Side.
