Verified Renter I love it here.I came from a house and thought this was going to be a hard to downsize but its been ok. Staff has been wonderful every time I pop in to let them know if somethings wrong and they Immediately fix it.. Just a few issues, but Ive already got a covered spot for parking so thats great just not as close as Id like but Just hoping to get a garage in my building. I have a lot to carry upstairs when I get home.

The cafe is clean, the pool and common areas are well kept, the staff is kind and there is a strong sense of community among the residents. We love living here!

There is no other community in Dallas where a resident can get so much for their moneythe amenities are incredible, management is professional, and the community is clean and beautiful. I recommend the Village to all of my friends and have renewed several times already and dont plan to leave any time soon!

Verified Renter We moved to The Village UES from Uptown - we quickly realized that we were somehow paying less for more. We have more space, more comfort, more amenities, more enjoyment where we live than we've ever had before. We find ourselves going on walks around the lakes, enjoying time out at the grass lawn with our dog, and utilizing pool & gym amenities more than anywhere we've ever lived!
