Verified Renter Public area is very nice and clean. but rent is too high, too little parking space and office doesn't do much to help with problems resident might have.
Horrible I went on a tour for a studio. Over the phone they told me it was one price when I got there I was told it was more expensive. The apartment smelled like smoke and the outside was not well kept. Would never live there if I had a choice.
Verified Renter The village is amazing. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. Living here is similar to that of a resort. Amenities are top notch. The location is amazing.

Affordable place Parking is bad. It can get loud if your unit is near 15th Ave cause of constant car noise, sirens, and crazy people screaming middle of the night. The buildings are old. The landscape is well maintained. It was hard to move in/out because of the layout. It is an affordable place.

Verified Renter I've been very impressed living here at Northbridge, & I'm not easily impressed. I feel like management & staff truly care for the tenants & their home life. During snowpocalypse, they posted updates on social media & checked in with those who needed help. Great communication during that crazy time.
