Verified Renter We love Upper East Side! Whenever the time comes that we will need to move, it will be very difficult! We have grown to love the staff here, especially those who work in the café, and we love our neighbors and all of the amazing amenities. As far as apartments go in the DFW area, I believe The Village, and especially Upper East Side, is among the best places to live. I cant tell you how many of my other villagers have said that there is nothing like it in Dallas, and maybe in the country. I agree.

Verified Renter Location is perfect. Close to Northpark Mall, Walmart, Target, various other grocery and shopping stores, restaurants, movie theaters and/or other entertainment features. Close to public transportation, bus and train.

Verified Renter So far, the Village has been amazing! We love staying here, and love all of the nice amenities it has to offer! We also love the sense of community that we get by staying here. We are not looking forward to the day we have to leave, but we are definitely enjoying it now!
Verified Renter The neighborhood is generally very well-kept and clean. The parking, however, is not enough since people with garages will still park their extra cars or motorcycles in regular spots, so I usually need to park in the next neighborhood. The staff at Northbridge has been very helpful and the maintenance team is great!
Highly recommended! The customer service at Miami Bay is of excellence. Paul has helped me through the entire process, from the "tour" to the move. The whole process has been extremely easy and we have had excellent communication. The apartments look new and the amenities seem like a hotel. The location is perfect, very safe and close to restaurants, Wynwood and supermarkets. I love the atmosphere here and how well taken care of everything is.
