Verified Renter I doubt I will ever find a better apartment living experience than the Upper East Side. They've absolutely nailed everything when it comes to management, amenities, and community. The place is beautiful, landscaping is always up to date, and neighbors are friendly!

Great Place to Live! As a young professional, I’ve really appreciated my time at Executive Estates and just recently signed another year long lease. The office has been great to work with and the apartments are well maintained. The security patrols are also fantastic and I truly appreciate the steps the owners have taken to keep the complex feeling safe and protected. Thank you for everything you do guys! :)

Don’t Live Here! The property management couldn’t care less about their tenants. I’ve had a broken balcony door since I moved here & have told the leasing office about it multiple times & they have done nothing! Recently, on Thursday I asked for my mailbox key bc I couldn’t get in & they told me to come back later bc maintenance has them so I came back the next day (Friday), they still didn’t have it.
