Verified Renter We love living at the village! We started out at the Green but we needed a bigger apartment with a bigger kitchen. We loved the village so much we were determined to find a bigger apartment here and Northbridge has been the perfect fit. We love our floor plan, the natural light our apartment gets and the creek area. So much nature in the heart of Dallas, we see different animals every morning.

Verified Renter We were one of the first to join the community and have enjoyed it a great deal. Love the amenities, like the pools, The Grove, clubhouse, and the social events. So looking forward to the end of COVID-19 times so the activities can resume.
Excellent Customer Care!! I want to say I enjoy the wonderful staff The Grove has. Ms. Gina and Ana, are Great ??! very understanding. I can truly say the Staff at The Grove truly care for their tenants . I will continue to recommend friends and family to move here.

Verified Renter This is the greatest Upper Eastside is the greatest example of how to plan a community for all age groups. It truly is resort living at its best.
I'm not eating it / no te lo recomiendo It is difficult they never solve anything for you, I recommend looking for another place. It is dirty and there are many roaches. No te recomiendo vivir en ese ligar ese muy sucio, la corporación nunca te resuelven loa problemas y hay muchas cucarachas
