Verified Renter I would recommend living in the Village to anyone, but especially young professionals. If you're going to live in the Village, or even in Northeast Dallas, the Upper East Side is where you should be. You can choose to be as social as you want with all of the community activities and events, or be a homebody in your own spacious apartment. 10/10, highly recommend.

New management but not enough Looked at studio that was redone ? Horrible quality work and the premises are very dirty. The sidewalks are filthy never cleaned and the washer/dryer area is dirty and always broken. If this is new management they need to change their staff. Only positives I can say are residents are mostly hard working people and they deserve better than this for these prices. Also garbage area is disgusting.

Verified Renter A fantastic apartments to be connected to a lot of activity within the city. A short ride away from White rock lake, great grocery and supply stores all around the facility which takes away all the traffic woes.
Verified Renter I absolutely love living here! My apartment is perfect for me and my little pooch who loves our second floor balcony with the large tree where he loves to watch the squirrels play. It is so peaceful and safe and convenient to everything I need!
