Exceptional place to live! I recently moved from a smaller duplex to a larger duplex at JCF Residences at Wildcat Creek. I cannot say enough good things about Wildcat Creek...the units are clean, new, very energy efficient, close to work, school, shopping and restaurants. What's not to like, right? Verified Renter I have lived at UES in the Village for five years. The property, apartments, community and management check all the boxes for me...exceeding expectations. Have particularly enjoyed being part of the community garden...a rare treat for apartment living. UES is a gem!
Verified Renter Management Team is always helpful. Any issues have been addressed in a timely manner. Parking is the worst.! Unable to have guests due to parking. Gate access process is difficult. A code would be a better option and i know other Lincoln communities offer a code for entry.
Ocean Front Beauty I have been living here for a few months and everyday I love this property more and more. From the Manager to the maintenance staff. Everything is so on point. Not to mention the amenities and the views of the ocean right there. You can't go wrong.

Needs better management I had an apartment at Executive Estates for almost nine years. The complex itself is ok, but the office ruins it. My time there was very stressful, and I was never treated with any respect or consideration. I have lived in several other apartments, and the management at all of them was so polite and helpful- exactly the opposite of Executive.
