Verified Renter Overall, the village has great amenities, and plenty of space for interaction with others. However the prices are spiking quickly, and there are minor issues with the structure of the actual apartments.
DO NOT MOVE HERE I have been here for almost two years now, and when I first moved in, I was told the issues I was experiencing would be fixed. It's now two years later and nothing has changed. The ENTIRE complex is infested with roaches, they're in the building structures, under the floors, in the pipes, and air conditioning systems. They "spray" once a month-but only in the kitchen, and it's NEVER enough. They crawled on my bed, on me in the shower, etc. Absolutely disgusting. Verified Renter Village Northbridge is a great place to live. Very well maintained community, great neighbors, pretty secure and quick responses to maintenance issues. In addition, the staff is really courteous for any queries that come up.

Verified Renter I love Northbridge, it is a very safe community, very quiet and where you can feel at home. Where you also have free gym clases and activities, access to very nice pools and a Jacuzzi, and have many nice restaurants nearby.
