RecommendedI LOVE living at The Thompson! The modern, industrial and simplistic style of the apartment is a perfect fit for me. Before moving in, everyone I spoke to mentioned how great the maintenance and management was. I have found this to be completely true! Maintenance is to your rescue for anything as small as a light bulb. As for the management, everyone is very upbeat, helpful and comfortable to be around. This is my first apartment & love it. Maintenance is quick and sweet! The complex is very dog friendly with a dog park & and trash stations everywhere. It is a 4x4 complex with a flat or townhome option. I love my flat and it has a lot of room! The Thompson is constantly hosting events and has a full calendar. They are big on social media and send reminder emails for everything. 100% recommend (-:
The Thompson is such a great place to live at while attending college! They are always doing activities at The Clubhouse to get all of us to participate in. My roommates and I love it here!
The Thompson team instantly greeted myself and my daughter with a warm welcome when we arrived for a tour. The property is absolutely lovely and I can’t brag enough about the entire team’s customer service. A+ experience! We can’t wait to call this place home.

The Thompson has beautiful apartments with great pricing. I highly recommend this for students.
Security for those living here is not taken very seriously in my opinion. They have had no lights in parking lots for months. I have called with nothing but lip service from management. My daughters safety doesn’t seem to be a priority. When the coutesy patrol is called nobody responds. The building itself is ok and maintained just not enough effort to keep the tenants safe.
I have had an amazing living experience this past year at The Thompson! The apartment complex is beautiful and the staff are always supper friendly as helpful! I loved it so much that I decided to resign for next year! If your looking for an off campus apartment in the San Marcos area I highly recommend the The Thompson!
