Took my cousin apt hunting on her second year at Texas State! She loved the atmosphere and how it was very modern and updated! Staff was very welcoming and helpful with pricing, tours, and information on amenities.
I came in recently for a tour and James was so very helpful! The facility is wonderful! I signed my lease after my tour because I loved it so much! It is certainly the biggest bang for your buck!

Place is great
My boyfriend and his best friend live at The Thompson for two years and absolutely loved living there. Management is super helpful when needed assistance, the maintenance crew were always on top of their work orders, and the hospitality was phenomenal!!! One of the best student living apartment to consider living in!
I just signed a lease at the Thompson to live there this coming fall. I am very excited to do so because of the friendly staff and the amenities!
