I have lived at The Thompson for the last 3 years and have loved every second of it! The staff is always friendly and willing to help, and the apartment complex is in the perfect location. Maintenance comes as quick as they can and works to the best of their ability. I love The Thompson!

This is my first apartment, and I have loved it since I have moved in! Any time I have had an issue the maintenance is on top of it! The apartments are very nice and you have lots of room! Would defiantly recommend as a first apartment!
This is my third year living at The Thompson and I have absolutely LOVED it! The management is always extremely helpful, maintenance is fast and efficient, and it’s a great location! Always feel very safe and love all the events put on every month.
I have lived at The Thompson since last May and I really do enjoy it. They always have some kind of event or give away. Every time something is broken they fix it with in 24 hours and it is wonderful!
Best apartment complex I lived at in San Marcos (I lived at four total). Small community which was great because your neighbors became your friends. The office staff were amazing and honestly tried to get to know all tenants and would say hello to you by name. Delivering packages here was always incredibly safe and easy. Maintenance was always on top of things; on average it took 1 day for any maintenance request to be completed. Their social events are the best and they're always giving away good prizes.
