The Thompson is seated on a street that isn’t too far removed from the hustle and bustle of San Marcos but is somehow in its own realm. The layout, design, and updated amenities made this complex a must for me when deciding where to live!

Living at The Thompson has been one of the best parts of moving to San Marcos. The apartments and town homes are very spacious, the property it always well taken care of, and maintenance has the job done before I can ask! My favorite part has to the staff, they make an effort to get to know everyone and feel like your at home, even if your home is 1,000 miles away. The Thompson is my favorite apartment complex. They are continuously treated me like family. The staff always mentions us for all of the events they have and they are a lot of fun. The rooms are very spacious and close to campus. I’ve made a lot of friends here and am very sad that my lease is coming to an end. #TheThompson4Life
Living at The Thompson has been a very comforting experience, especially being this is my first apartment. The staff if very friendly and welcoming, along with maintenance being very prompt with any requests.
