I have lived at the Thompsons for three years now and I have had no complaints! Maintenance is very timely, and the front desk is friendly, and notifies you well.
I love The Thompson! Amazing small community feel, awesome staff who always takes care of any issues quickly and correctly. They are very dog friendly which is the most important to me and my pup. They are so kind and always have fun events going on! They work hard to make sure all residence are happy with where they live. I Strongly suggest living at The Thompson :)

The Thompson has everything you could want in an apartment community. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They have amenities for every type of resident to enjoy. The complex is not too big so the environment is always chill and relaxing. On top of all that they are always giving out free food several times a month and have any opportunities to get free groceries and household supplies!!
I just finished resigning my lease here at the Thompson. I've lived at two other apartments here in San Marcos and no other community has made it easier to be a student and live comfortably like the Thompson. The people in the office always go out of their way to help me whenever I need anything and the maintenance people are quick to respond to any issues (which hasn't been many thankfully).
