Staff doesn't help with roommate issues, say they do random check-ins but don't. Issue has not been solved in months, when multiple roommates complain about the one roommate, they just ask us all to vacate instead of actually helping us with a situation that makes it unsafe to live in, i.e: roommate brings unwanted occupant (her abusive boyfriend) in and he's been staying in for months, staff doesn't do anything and my roommate refuses to talk to us as she is too stubborn to admit that she brought this situation upon all of ... read more
I will be transferring (after this semester) and i have already signed the lease (prior to me finding out i will be transferring) and the only way out of the lease is if someone would be able to sublease and take over my lease. Did not like how I did not get enough privacy. I had enough stress on me as is with college. Management is very nosey. Also it is very trashy here. The trash areas are always full. Therefore leaving trash all over the parking lot as well as in front of your apartment. The price for this trashy of a place is outrageous. Don't get me wrong the inside is beautiful. It's the trashiness outside and the crazy loud parties every thursday-sunday that make this place cheap.
