we have stayed here for several years in a row, absolutely love it! it is a little older condo but everything we want. pools are great rooms are just what u need view is awesome, tiki bar is fantastic!! u could pay alot more somewhere else, but why would you.
This place is dirty, old, loud and disgusting! Stay away!
My husband and I have been vacationing in Panama City beach for 19 years, and have been staying at The Summit for the last five, we have always had a great experience renting from a man that we have come to know as a long distance friend. This year we decided last minute to take a trip to PC just my husband and myself, previous years it has always been with our two daughters and some other family. Just a very nice facility with good amenities and Friendly staff.
Everything about this condo is great! So much to do, clean rooms, large pools.
They have so many things at The Resort: Indoor Hot Tub, Showers & Saunas, 2 Big Pools, 2 Wade Pools, Hot Tubs, Summit Tiki Bar 🍹, Luggage Carts, and your right on the beach. Plus, The condo is really nice.

I've stayed here many times. Including 2016 & 2017. Will hopefully return this year.
