Room was dirty upon arrival as in items left from the last guests...holes in the pantry and the pantry smelled like something from a camper along with the whole condo...the pull out bed was like a prison cot maybe worse...mold ALL OVER the bathroom...when asked to have the bathroom cleaned and shower curtain changed, my husband was told he could come get a shower curtain and change it hisself! Couldn't get any extra towels, was told we could buy them down the street at the gas station...just horrible to drive 13 hours and ho... read more
RecommendedDidn't stay there .New LOTS OF people who did. And allways had good things to say about it. Owned A UNIT AT TWIN PALMS . ON FRONT BEACH. GREAT NEWER BUILDING. CHECK OUT TWIN PALMS.WITH YOUR RENTAL COMPANY. UNIT 1102.
place was dirty upon arrival, bathroom was moldy after 2day of complaining they came and tried to clean it, still trying to resolve problem. everywhere is booked or we would have went somewhere else
Highly recommend becomming a smoke free facility. We could not go anywhere on this property without being exposed to second hand smoke. We couldn't even enjoy sitting out on our balcony without smelling cigarette smoke or weed. We rented chairs out by the ocean and again, we were constantly exposed to second hand smoke. We could not enjoy smelling the fresh ocean air because people were smoking all around us. Our room was outdated, walls marked up, and furniture was soiled.😠
Entire complex is out of date and filthy. Upon checking in we were told we could only park one car on the lot due to bike weekend, ridiculous. Our condo was disgustingly dirty and unsafe, checked out and went to a much nicer resort.
For 5 women in our condo we had a tiny 4-cup coffee maker had to go buy a 12-cup coffee pot at Dollar General. Floor was nasty and bath rug was disgusting. Trash cans we had to walk by every day smelled horrible. Elevators were gross and unclean. Will not be back. Ever.
We were suppose to stay at the beginning of May, could only stay 1 night due to black mold and several other health and safety issues. We reported the issues to the owner of 832 and she was not happy we complained!!! I am very worried she will not fix the issues before she rents it out again and someone gets hurt or more sick than we did. These are just a few of the pictures and video we took. This does not count the broken mirror, slick floor due to bad AC and black mold
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful but the red head boy was not . We got here on a Tuesday and now it’s Thursday and still no refrigerator or washing machine. The red headed boy said if maintenance said it was fixed then its fixed. It’s not rocket science . If the refrigerator is not cold it’s not working. If the clothes in the washer isn’t wet then it’s not working. Our patio furniture is broke , the plug in covers are off. We are not up here to party.we are a family trying to enjoy our vacation.
