Okay, so let me just start off by saying I booked this condo VERY last minute. WORST mistake ever. I was in a hurry, we were running out of time, so I booked without reading reviews. I tried cancelling after I read how bad the reviews were, but if I would have lost $300 by doing so. The first thing I noticed, was how rude the front desk was. Okay, rude customer service.. Rooms are musty,upholstery on furniture stained and in major need of being updated. Was without water for 7 hours one day due to water line beak within the Condo. Air conditioner broke in daughters room one night. And staff was rude. No apology for inconveniences. Was told to haul water into room to flush toilets the day the water was off. The entire condo has been poorly maintained and it shows!!!
No water for 48 hours ... dryer hasn’t worked since we got here
RecommendedThe resort is dated but clean and we would absolutely stay again. I never leave lengthy detailed reviews like this but after seeing many terrible reviews we were really anxious about this trip and feel like a good review with specifics is necessary since we had a good overall experience. Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Moldy , dirty rooms and very unfriendly staff
we stayed in room 1013 private owner so didnt really have to deal with anyone ..our room was great. easy access to beach and pool..was not harrassed by anyone ..great place would def stay again
Right on the beach, has so many amenities that you don't even have to leave.
Nasty. Room 711 has cock roaches as big as cats walking around.
