Best place to stay me and my best friend loved staying here it is just beautiful!
Horrible staff that do not know how to talk to guest. Rooms have cockroaches and mold. The General Manager Jerry has terrible staff working for him. Our group has been staying here for over 15 years and all say that they will not return. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with friendly staff then stay clear of this place!
I have been staying here for 10 years and who ever took over this place this year sucks. The worse year ever the people that work the security acts like they are state police lol. It was horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone else. And I had 5 rooms rented every year.

we stayed in room 9o5 private owner so didnt really have to deal with anyone ..our room was great. easy access to beach and pool..was not harrassed by anyone ...

The first thing you will notice if you visit are the ash trays for cigarette butts all over the property. They encourage smoking here. You can’t even enjoy the poolside without the lingering scent of cigarette smoke. The elevators are stinky and HOT. They are also extremely slow and shared with the maid services. We had to take the stairs several times throughout the week. Being on the 9th floor, that was a problem. The stairwell hadn’t been cleaned, ever.
