Mold and dirty! We have stayed at the Summit many times in years past and expected the same great experience....but unfortunately we have rented unit 1028 and are here now sitting in a unit full of mold!!! We have tried to get management to return our calls with no response. We got in touch with the maintenance guy Charles take a look at his response 🤦♀️ He proceeded to tell me the owner was hospitalized yet to told us earlier she was at dinner and couldn’t be bothered! We rent from a private owner and she is absolutely AMAZING! Her Condo is beautiful and newly renovated and has everything we need for a perfect vacation every year. The pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, and Bikini Bob's are all right there together so you have everything you need to relax and wind down after a day on the beach. We won't stay anywhere else but at The Summit in Unit #931 when we come to Panama City Beach. The safety of this entire property is also impressive and a priority in my book.
