We stayed in condo/unit #906 at Summit Beach Resort from 5/24/19 - 5/26/19. I booked this condo last minute on home away.com. - The Pros- The condo location was right on the beach and the back balcony had a great view. The pools were well maintained and clean. They weren't over crowded which was surprising for Memorial Weekend. Location is within walking distance of restaurants. Our condo had plenty of space in the living area and bedroom. Our room was very dated and the furniture was worn out the AC froze up and caused the carpet to be soaked and the room smelled bad! I spoke with several owners and when they bought they upgraded and they charge a lot less . We are having a great time but not at all happy with our room .

Do not stay here! This place is run down, rooms stink, and you’re not allowed to have fun in the pools. We were surprised when we were told to stop playing catch in the pool with nerf balls. The elevators stunk and had ply wood covering the sides. Only one out of the two elevators worked. Our days consisted of hearing saws and other construction equipment. The restaurants near by are all closed. I recommend staying closer to Pier Park if you want to stay in PCB. Closer to attractions, and no strip club across the street.
Beautiful ocean views. The condo was large, spacious and quiet. Restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, miniature golf and site-seeing all conveniently located close by. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gated community and parking.
