We stayed in 501. West End. Nice big balcony. The room was not nearly as clean and modern as it should be for the money we spent to stay there. Two bathrooms and a 30 gallon water heater doesn't do well bathing eight people before going out to dinner. The air conditioner sounded like a locomotive. The ventilation fans in the bathrooms were caked with lint. The Spinnaker Club next door vibrated the walls of our room until 2 in the morning Friday Saturday and Sunday nights. Omg the condo unit #619 was gorgeous. Everything was renovated and it was pretty big for a 1 bedroom (sleeps 6 people). Everything you need is there.. just relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach..
This is our second time staying here. This unit is much nicer than the one we stayed in two years ago. Everything is very nice. Only negative would be lack of curtains, which isn’t a real big deal. And the handle on the sliding glass door is a little wonky. But everything else is great!!!!! Unit 612 through emerald coast destinations.
Place was clean, in a great spot that was close to everything. A lot to do without leaving the resort yet air did not work properly stayed 77 the whole time and was warned not to adjust and would be charged if it froze up. Dryer did not work right too 3 cycles to dry one load. Shower curtain too short so water got everywhere! Tub water took forever to go down.
Do NOT stay here!!!! We checked in yesterday and we have a very dirty dirty condo!!!! Food in beds on walls couches very dirty walls are complete filth food caked on entertainment center, frig and tables, floors NOT moped hair in beds and foot prints on sheets!!!! And blood stains!!!! Asked to pay to upgrade NOPE!!! Asked to get refund NOPE asked to speak to Carol HOA Nope!!!!!!! So we have allllll pictures and videos. This is my 7th year staying here and we willlll NEVER be back! Do not rent 1510!!!!!!
Nice affordable condo right on the beach!! We stay here every time we visit panama!
The room we rented from her name is TIllie. Nice room clean has washer and dryer the hotel has a restaurant (cheap) and snack store on property good location. The only thing i dislike is how busy the elevators are.
I think the summit is garbage, we requested ground floor got booked on the 14th floor, there was mold on our bathroom ceiling, only two vehicles allowed on premises, had to park the third vehicle at Walmart, if staying here I suggest to rent privately owned condos if at all possible.
