We had a horrible experience. They charged us extra fees when we checked in. Not to mention bad housekeeping for extra fees charged. Our room was not cleaned once or stock with more items to use. The elevators are very slow and the hot tubs are so dirty. Won't be making the mistake of staying here again. It's a rip off. Once we arrived to check in, we were surprised with a $147 fee which included cleaning, damages and parking which was non refundable. Once we got in our room, it was filthy. Sand was found in all beds as well as trash under the bed, trash behind furniture as well as the couch. Garbage disposal was broken on Wednesday. Charged us a extra $200 cleaning fee and didn't even come to clean our rooms once. Hot tubs were nasty and staff was rude. Won't be booking here again or area.
If it was up to me, I would gave them a NEGATIVE instead of 1 star. This place is trash. Don't waste your money on the Summit. Upon arriving they charge us almost 200 dollar for service fee. We didn't get any room service. The hot tubs are NASTY. Everything is strict to the core. My family and I have the worst vacation ever. Not coming back and will tell everyone I know to never waste money here.
