Our condo was perfect! Other than being rear ended mid vacation & dealing with that mess, our overall trip was great! the sliding door coming off track was our only issue with the room! The view was gorgeous & the facility & staff were always nice & helpful. Only complaint I’d have is the elevators...not enough of them, they r slow most of the time, crowded & need some a/c in them!! Thank u Judy for our wonderful experience in room 1304 :)

I hated this condo room 632 was the worst, refrigerator molded, everything molded ceilings coming down, nothing good but location and don’t forget when my kids let down the air mattress it had BLOOD STAINS from someone so wth is housekeeping for and our room wasn’t ready on time didn’t have enough comforters and sand was all in the master bedroom we were given our deposit back we should of gotten a full refunded they moved us to EDGE WATER free of charge and that condo was EVERYTHING that a place u travel to should of be I c... read more

If you rent a good room it can be as high as a five...the pools, Bikini Bob's, the Tiki Bar and proximity of the beach will always keep it at least a 3 for me..we have stayed 5 or 6 times and have never left disappointed even though the room we just left was not even close to up to par

Well are trip wasn’t through the Summit, it was one of JoyRealty’s condo at the Summit.. You have to wear these plastic bracelet , which cut on your wrist .... It wasn’t very clean, rusted up utensils , an nasty appliances .. paint peeling, an the master bed room’s door was off the upper hinge... But me personally the biggest was the A/C .. you could hang meat in the kitchen, but melt in the master bedroom... I think most of the negative complaints have to do with who you rent or book the condo with. My mother knows the woman that owns a few condos here and we've stayed in now 3 or 4 different ones over the years and after each stay my mother will let her know if something needs done or things like that. This year my sister said the maintenance man came by and asked was everything ok anything that needed to be done... we don't have to many complaints minor if any PLUS IT'S NOT THROUGH THE SUMMIT SO THAT'S PROBABLY WHY WE HAVE SUC... read more

Just recently returned from our stay in room 1330. We absolutely loved our visit that we have already booked 432 for next year. The only complaint I have is that the top bunk did not have a rail and my daughter had to slept on the floor all week long and not having a washer or dryer in the room. There was one lady in the office that acted like she hated her life constantly and her people skills need improvements.

I honestly wouldn’t even give this place a 1. Our room was full of mold... on the ceiling in every room, the shower curtain even had mold growing on it! There were holes punched in the wall above the bunk bed to the point that my nephew was scared to sleep there. When I called to see what could be done about our room situation, all the lady offered was a new shower curtain and the cleaning company to come out. We had my 4 month old daughter with us and my nephew, who should not have ever been in that type of environment. Roo... read more
