I’m sitting in the lobby as I write this review......stay away folks!!!!!!! Our Check in time was at 4:00 and the rooms have yet to be cleaned!!! Was told it could be ready in an hour. Well it’s been almost two hours and still no clean room!!! Management has not clue what they are doing and the customer service sucks.
My unit was dirty and infected with roaches was my anniversary and our first time in Panama City Beach ��apartment #518 �
HUGE disappointment...we stayed in 1501 Penthouse Suite. Showers had black mold growing on them, and wouldn't even come clean with bleach. Room is very outdated, which was okay with us, just was not clean to our satisfaction. On the 3rd day the shower broke, and was told it would be fixed the next day and that never happened. We had 15 people in this unit, so with only 2 working showers it was quite an inconvenience. The Summit Resort itself was just plain GROSS! We will never stay here ever again rooms stink didn’t get the view I paid for sucky service
We checked in on June 16th, easy check in. The room itself, was ok. 1st thing, no bedding for the couch pullout, so had to wait on that to be delivered . And when the clean sheets arrived, they were both stained. Also, the washer leaks and dryer doesn't work, it has a part that's on backorder that no one told us about. I can say that panhandle getaways responds but we have been waiting since last night on towels and wash cloths. You are not allowed to ask front desk for any since the room is thru panhandle. Very friendly staff here and excellent view of the oceanfront
We come here often, I’ve stayed at other resorts and condos and have no complaints, however I personally think the complaints are from those particular owners. We know the owner of the rooms we stay in and if there’s ever a issue we message him and it’s taken care of within a few min. Loved the view and people and condo we were in!
I will describe this place in one word “NASTY”. The only good this about this resort was the location!!!
