Room was nice but what pissed me off was when they told me I needed to park one of my vehicles in the overflow parking on our last night to make room for the new people coming in.
Stayed in room 1108 last night and it was the worst place we have ever stayed in. Shit was on our sheets, stains and hair everywhere, toilet was nasty, floors we’re filthy. The company would not give my wife Jennifer Holloway back the cleaning fee they charged for the room. Which was not clean at all! They need to be shut down and health department needs to get involved. You can tell nobody had cleaned this room or changed the sheets or blankets out to wash. Gross is all I can say! We rented condo 707, when we arrived the maintenance personnel were here fixing a patch that previous tenants had damaged. The unit smelled strongly of mildew so we went straight to Walmart to purchase air fresheners. The condo was slightly worn down, mattress could definitely use to be replaced. The staff at the convenience store and chair rentals are extremely friendly. The outside facility is well maintained, just be careful with the unit you rent.
Loved the views and experience. The beach and pools were well kept.
