We stayed in 1101 and loved it. We will be back this is our 3rd year at summit.
The elevators are slow. We stayed on the 15 floor and sometimes it would take at least 10 minutes to get down to the first floor. The condo was nice but the furniture was out dated and the couches in the living room were disgusting and covered in stains. It's was okay but I'd probably stay somewhere else next time. We were in room 1513
Stayed in 1401 for a week it was great. 2 bedroom 2 bath with an ice maker for your cooler to take to the beach. Corner unit with wraparound balcony.
We stayed in the penthouse suite, Room 1515. Owner is extremely nice and easy to work with. Amazed at the size and spacing of this unit but it was perfect for a family getaway AND with the rooms spaced apart from each other...we didn't get on each other's nerves. Kitchen was huge!! Surprisingly, we were there during the beginning of some spring break and had no issues. The elevators were fast and one opened directly in front of our room. Love the resort! Security is reassuring. Elevators are fast. Great location! Great food and drinks on site! Views are amazing! We do rent from an owner though.
