Fist off staff (Gabrielle) was extremely rude and unprofessional when we had issues with our unit not to mention she was very rude cause we showed up a few min before noon and was told were not allow on the property until after 12..The place was dirty from the floors to the stained silverware in the drawer stained sheets, and a non working washer and dryer in the unit which is a must when you have several people that need to do laundry it's not always convient to have go down stairs and spend your vacay doing laundry. This was my first time staying at the summit and I really liked the place itself the pool was open till 11 which is awesome they did like a movie in the pool for little kids the people were very friendly. The room though was not so good we stayed in room 430 right as we walked in you get hit hard with the smell of mold. The bath tube was so bad we had to go buy a mat just to feel some what not grossed out. The couch was so dirty air of the vents were rusted out as well as the shelf in the bathroom. With the exception of the terrible female bartender at the tiki hut the place was not bad at all considering the destruction Panama City beach sustained.
nice place right on the beach affordable and family oriented ....need to work on elevators ...but still will stay again
For the money we paid it was nasty Outdated. Furniture was old and wore out . It hadn’t been cleaned the floors were dirty, celling fans had dirty pile on so high u could pull it off like tape. Holes in closet wall. Bed comforter looked old and dirty. The patio furniture was so dirty . Halls were dirty, elevator was hot and dirty. The toilet had a big rusty spot going through it. Do not leave anything in the room when you checkout!! the maids act like they don't know what your talking about..and the Manager Gabrielle is a joke and very rude to paying customers..I left my hairdryer which is not a super big deal but what if it had been something very valuable..this place has went to crap and I've stayed here for 25 years..the room we were in hasn't been updated since the 80's and smelled like 1977..go elsewhere!! way better condos, with better management..I will never stay here again
very nice stay, needs some very minor repairs, but nothing that inconvienced at all. very nice and professional staff. had a problem with the sleeper sofa, it was unusable talked to the front desk and they had a brand new one in the room within a few hours! loved our stay and would like to go back!
