I have freind that was booked there this week. Her father has just passed and her mother in hospital. She has been coming here for over 10 years. They were harrassed and kicked out for something they did not do, these are very respectful people. Horrible experience for them, out the money for everything. Not to mention there were young adults drinking, puking and causing havoic that got a simple warning. This place is just awful dont waste your time snd money!!!
Shame on you Summit. You have no idea what this family has been through! We’ve been going there over 10 years and will never be back and will share our experience to all social media possible. The security guard accused my son of shooting fireworks off the balcony which never ever happened. Swore he witnessed it and I assure you he’s lying. This was at 11:30 at night when we were all sleeping is when they decided to confront us. rude, mean, falsely accuse guests of doing things they did NOT do. basically TOOK MONEY and then kicked the guests out. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
We have went to this condo for years now. Had security make us feel very uncomfortable. Watched us like hawks just going back and forth to the beach. Made up a story to get us kicked out. Even the cops felt bad for us and were on our side. Will never stay there again. Drove 12 hours for one day then sent home.
This condo has went down so bad in all aspects. We went there for over 10 years, but as of last year, no more. Not only are the rooms nasty, don’t even waste your time trying to catch one of the 2 elevators cause you will be there all day. But the worse thing that changed was the security guards, they are rude and try to control you on your vacation for things you didn’t even do. Staff harrassed tenants for no legitimate reason.
Just a horrible Vacation staying here. Because of Summit Resort Condo my yearly vacation was very dissappointing. So rude. I strongly advise to seek somewhere else. I will. 🤗
