the staff is rude. the room was dirty. parking was a joke. one car only is allowed to park on site. we had to park our extra car blocks away and they dont offer a shuttle! we did love the tiki bar and bikini bobs. the food was great and the price was affordable for anyone. we love PCB and will return every year but we will not waist our money on the Summit!
so my friend, heather went to this place two weeks after her father died in wreck, and her mother is still In the hospital. she went to grieve and relax after a draining couple of weeks. the summit kicked them out for no reason except false statements from rude security guard and lies he told. . they didnt get no refund, they are out groceries, rental car and the rental for the room. I will never go there and I think they should refund the money for the room. just awful.
Room 807 at the Summit should not be rented out until the mold issues are fixed. lots of mold all over the ceiling. no door knob on the bathroom door, refrigerator broke and they did nothing to help us. will never rent from this company again. pictures have been posted below.
DO NOT stay here! The conceirge and security are the true definition of poor work ethics. I just had a friend staying here as a getaway after her father's untimely passing then her son's get accused of shooting off fireworks which they happened to be sleeping at the time they were accused! This family got kicked out after losing everything they paid for on top of it! was an absolute terrible experience with the “resort” as they call it an the security is an absolute JOKE!
get a new staff yours sucks
This was the worst experience I have ever had on vacation. The staff is very rude and could care less if you’re stranded outside your room for 2 hours because the door lock malfunctioned. We had to wait two hours for the one maintenance guy that apparently services several properties by himself. We’ve been going there over 10 years and will never be back and will share our experience to all social media possible. The security guard accused my son of shooting fireworks off the balcony which never ever happened. Swore he witnessed it and I assure you he’s lying. This was at 11:30 at night when we were all sleeping is when they decided to confront us. Terrible experience, security harassed our friend and accused them of shooting fireworks off the balcony and we were all asleep! Kicked out with no refund go somewhere else!!!
