Homeless people near... (Verified Renter) Homeless people near the apartment seem to be increasing. I am a walker and get hit-up quite often for money. I only walk now with a few ?ones? in my pocket so I don?t have to take out my wallet.

I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend, but I do believe the parking space Dulles need to be adjusted to either a lower price or evenly distributed based on the needs of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments
