Verified Renter The Strand is a safe, friendly residence on a beautiful riverfront location, convenient to the downtown Jacksonville/ San Marco offerings. Having 24 hour Concierge/Security presence is very important to me, as is covered parking garage.

Verified Renter The Strand is a great place to live! Location is perfect for downtown work force & entertainment. The view of the city from every apt is stunning. Maintenance repairs are completed in a timely manner. The staff is always willing to assist! The Strand feels like home vs an apartment building.

Verified Renter Since we moved here in Sept 22, it has been like living in a permanent vacation...Every one is friendly, talking about neighbors and personnel.
I moved in July of 2022 and so far I LOVE IT. one ... I moved in July of 2022 and so far I LOVE IT. one awkward experience, but it was handled in a timely manner, in my opinion. Amenities are AWESOME. And the residents here are so nice, especially residents with fur babies.
The best place in town!! We love living at The Strand! therefore we just renewed our lease!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. John the Concierge is always going above and beyond and has a great attitude. Everything is always clean and up to part. We love the new market :) The only thing thing that I would change would be to add umbrellas to the pool area. Thank you for all you do!
