not well maintained and deposit not returned Would not return deposit after several communications and a spotless apt.Fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night for busted pipes. Fitness center is old and so is the equipment. Would advise the many clients i have coming into town to find someplace else to stay, construction whether the road out front or nearby always disrupting and on going!

Quality control needs attention, as our appliances were not and have not functioned as intended. Also, we love having the concierge service. However, at times, we have been made to feel as though we may be inconveniencing them. Communication skills need improvement.

I asked for... (Verified Renter) I asked for two issues to be completed. The first issue was the water line in the refrigerator was completed perfectly. The second issue was a non working cable outlet box in the guest bedroom. The maintenance personnel did attempt to fix but was not able to. His not did not make sense to me since I thought it was the wall outlet in the room itself that needed to be replaced. I am going to submit another request tomorrow when I am there so that I can evaluate with the maintenance person. They... read more
